These ports are the input ports on the back of the computer. The green and purple circular holes are for the mouse and keyboard. The two small rectangle input holes are called USB, Universal Serial Bus. This is used for plugging in printers, scanners, web cams and many other types of add-ons to your computer. The long purple connection is for printers, and the two smaller connections below that are called the serial connections. The very last connection on the far right is called the game port where you plug in your joystick or game pad for games.
